Server rules and how to connect your osu! client to fishy.moe.
To create your fishy.moe account, follow this link and follow the instructions. Make sure you read the rules before proceeding.
osu! has added official support for private servers. That means you can now connect to fishy.moe without tampering with your system files. This is the recommended method. Note that some unofficial osu! clients may not be compatible with this method yet.
osu!.exe -devserver fishy.moe.osu!.exe wherever you want, or copy your existing shortcut.-devserver fishy.moe to the existing text. Many cheat clients are allowed on the server. The following are prohibited only for players competing on the leaderboard:
Exception for testing and cheat development. fishy.moe exists for building and testing osu! cheats, so replay editors and Auto Play are fine while you are developing or testing a client. They are off-limits only for setting scores you are ranking with on the leaderboard.
Unlike other infractions, we have a fixed moderation policy for the hacking rules. If you get caught breaking any of the hacking rules while competing on the leaderboard, it will result in a wipe of your account scores, unless you can prove you were not breaking said rules. Building and testing off the leaderboard stays fine, per the exception above.
After 3 wipes, your account will be restricted. This means we will never ban someone on their first wipe, other than for the Multiple Cheat Clients rule.
You may appeal 1 month after your restriction, unless you believe you were not restricted for a legitimate reason.
If you want to appeal, join our Discord and open a ticket in #support-tickets.
Multiaccounting is strictly prohibited. Each case is reviewed individually.
For example, if you had an old account from two years ago but forgot the password and created a new one, that is usually acceptable; just inform a staff member.
However, if you created a second account recently (for example, four months ago) to cheat or evade a ban, and then made another to avoid consequences, that is a serious violation.
